What is Avertis?

Avertis is a maintenance intelligence platform that connects maintenance operations, AI-assisted diagnosis, predictive maintenance, reporting and field execution. It is designed to help teams move from fragmented maintenance information to clearer, more traceable decisions.

Does Avertis replace our existing CMMS or EAM?

It can be used as a connected maintenance platform, but it is also designed to work around existing maintenance, asset and enterprise systems. The right approach depends on your current stack, the workflows you want to improve and how much of the operating process you want Avertis to own.

What is Avi?

Avi is the Avertis maintenance copilot. It helps engineers ask maintenance questions, investigate issues and use connected asset history, manuals and engineering knowledge to support diagnosis and next actions.

What is RICO?

RICO is the structured failure-investigation capability within the Avertis AI ecosystem. It helps organise symptoms, evidence, failure modes, mechanisms, causes, root causes, checks and corrective actions so complex investigations remain traceable.

How does Avertis retain engineering knowledge?

Avertis is designed to capture the reasoning around maintenance work as it happens. Observations, evidence, confirmed causes, checks, fixes and outcomes can be connected back to the asset and reused during future investigations rather than remaining only in an engineer's memory.

How does predictive maintenance work in Avertis?

Avertis connects condition and maintenance data so teams can see changing asset health, anomalies, degradation and remaining useful life in operational context. Predictive insight can then be linked directly to diagnosis, prioritisation and maintenance work.

What data does Avertis need?

The useful starting point depends on the use case. Avertis can work with asset records, work-order history, maintenance plans, manuals, spare-parts information, engineer observations and condition or sensor data. You do not need every source connected before you can begin improving a specific workflow.

Can Avertis be used across multiple sites and companies?

Yes. The platform is designed for controlled multi-site and multi-company maintenance environments, with structured access and reporting so different users can work with the information appropriate to their responsibilities.

Is Avertis available on mobile?

Yes. Mobile workflows are designed to keep maintenance information, work execution, asset context and field activity available at the point of work rather than only at a desktop.

Can Avertis support contractors and field engineers?

Yes. Field and contractor operations include routing, contractor management, mobile maintenance, QR asset access and notifications so external and field-based teams can work within a controlled maintenance process.

Does the AI make maintenance decisions automatically?

Avertis is designed to support maintenance decisions with evidence, recommendations and context while keeping engineers and planners in control of the final action. The aim is to improve the quality and speed of decisions, not remove engineering judgement.

How does the maintenance intelligence loop work?

The loop moves through six stages: Detect, Diagnose, Decide, Execute, Learn and Optimise. Avertis retains the outcome of maintenance work and feeds that learning back into future planning and diagnosis so the next decision starts with more operational context.

Can we start with only one part of the platform?

Yes. Avertis is organised into connected solution areas, so an implementation can focus first on the maintenance problem with the highest operational value and expand into additional workflows over time.

How do we see Avertis against our own maintenance operation?

Book a personalised demo and we can structure the session around your assets, workflows, current systems and the maintenance problems you are trying to solve.
